The solution is the W.O.E. leather pen sleeve. Designed specifically for those who picked up our Tactile Turn x W.O.E. titanium pen, this American-made leather pen sleeve provides a simple and durable way to carry your writing tool as part of your everyday carry. Made from premium leather and built to last, the sleeve protects the pen from scratches while keeping it accessible in a pocket, bag, or notebook.

Like the pen it accompanies, the sleeve reflects the W.O.E. philosophy to Use Your Tools. Whether you are carrying a pen for notes, planning, or the countless other tasks where a reliable writing instrument matters, this sleeve keeps your gear protected and easy to find. Pen not included.

The W.O.E. Leather Pen Sleeve is made by hand in the United States from full-grain cowhide leather with a “pull-up” effect where the leather lightens where it is bent or pulled. The sleeve will develop a patina over time that is unique to its specific use, environment, and owner.

Note: This sleeve is custom-made for a snug fit with the Tactile Turn x W.O.E. titanium pen and may not fit other pens.

All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days of placing the order. The typical delivery time frame is between 9-12 business days. That said, our goal is to get the order out to the customer as soon as possible and will try to get it in the mail within 48 hours. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, unless noted otherwise in the product description.

Items are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS, as indicated during check out. WOE Trading Post LLC has no control over shipments once they are accepted by the carrier. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped the ship to address cannot be changed. 

Please understand that we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by WOE Trading Post LLC.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product within 14 days of receipt of the product.  For a full refund, all returns must be shipped back in new condition and including any extra items shipped with the order.  The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store and is responsible for the original shipping cost.

Custom, made-to-order and Print on Demand items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

If an order is returned to us, shipping costs will need to be re-paid before it can be reshipped. New products or replacements for orders returned to sender, will not be shipped until the original, undeliverable order has been returned and received by us.

If you receive the wrong item(s), or if you receive an imperfect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide photos of the products, packaging, and your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide a photo of the item you did receive, including an image of the product. If the order arrived with an imperfect item, please include photos of the imperfection. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect items.
